MapleGrid AI is a SaaS platform built for Canadian construction trades, operated by Mohammad H. out of Mississauga, Ontario. Our tools — PlumbIQ, RoofIQ, ElectroIQ, FrameIQ, JobIQ, and PriceIQ — help tradespeople estimate, quote, and manage jobs faster.

2. What We Collect
We collect only what we need to provide the service:
- Name and email address — when you start a free trial or subscribe
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
- Tool usage data — which tools you use and how often (for improving the product)
- License key — generated per user per tool, stored locally in your browser
- Contact form submissions — your email when you reach out to us
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your trial or subscription
- To send your license key and trial/account emails
- To respond to contact form inquiries
- To send trial reminder emails (Day 3, Day 6, expiry)
- To improve our tools and user experience
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted services to operate MapleGrid AI:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management (stripe.com)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com)
- Anthropic — AI model powering our tools (anthropic.com)
- Hostinger — web hosting (hostinger.com)
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and handles data in accordance with applicable law.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your license key and trial status are stored in your browser's localStorage — they never leave your device unless you enter them manually. Your name and email are stored in Stripe as a customer record. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@maplegrid.co.
6. Cookies
MapleGrid AI does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. We use browser localStorage only for storing your trial status and license key locally on your device. No cookie consent banners needed — because we don't drop cookies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Opt out of non-essential emails

8. Children's Privacy
MapleGrid AI is a professional tool intended for adults in the trades industry. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MapleGrid AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
